| Michel Antolinos - Director |
From 1966 to 1981, Michel Antolinos spent 15 years in his native town of Lyon where he was Sales Director of Bérard, one of the leading companies in France of wine growing, trading and distribution. He later became the Commercial Director of the company and was subsequently appointed as President of one of the subsidiaries of the group.
In 1981, he became a McDonald's franchisee in Lyon till 1993.
In January 1994, Michel Antolinos was appointed Director of McDonald's France and in April 1995, its Chief Executive Officer. He held this post till the end of 1997.
During his tenure as CEO of McDonald's France, thanks to a corporate culture focused on profitability, cost reduction, aggressive and solid growth, the brand grew remarkably (for instance, 313 restaurant openings during that period in Paris and its surroundings).
Since he left McDonald's France, Michel Antolinos serves as Executive Director on the board of a company investing mainly in the food and distribution sectors across Europe.

| Christiane Yeung - Director |
Christiane is one of the co-founders of TRI-PRO, she started at a management company in 1992 at its inception and was instrumental in developing the 5-person office start up into a leading offshore management company in Mauritius. When Christiane left the company, the total staffing was around 130. She is amongst the longest-standing professionals in the global business financial sector in Mauritius and is widely known for her contribution since the beginning to its legal, regulatory, fiscal, and commercial evolution.
Christiane was the chairperson of the Executive Committee of the Mauritius branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in 2009. She has also been an active member of the Executive Committee of the Association of Trust and Management Companies. She is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK) since 1997 and holds a Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Mauritius.
Christiane is responsible for the overall business development of TRI-PRO. |

| Marc Ah Ching – Director |
Marc is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts (CIMA) and the Chartered Institute of Bankers UK (ACIB). He started his career with Credit du Nord in London and moved to Nedbank group in Mauritius in 1998.
Marc joined Rogers and Company Limited in January 2005 as Managing Director – Finance for the Tourism and Logistics services sectors and was subsequently appointed Chief Finance Executive of Rogers in 2007, the largest conglomerate listed on the Mauritius Stock Exchange. He joined TRI-PRO in 2011 and heads the business development dept. |

| Sandra Hew Khee – General Manager |
Sandra worked for several years in England before joining one of the “big four” audit firms in Mauritius. Sandra was the manager responsible for the audit of listed companies and clients operating in finance, manufacturing, hospitality and leisure, agriculture, retail, construction and the global business sector. Sandra joined one of the leading management companies in 2004 where she had several teams handling a varied portfolio of clients under her responsibility. Sandra was also responsible for a team providing back office accounting services to over 150 entities under the administration of a Jersey company.
Sandra is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a B.A. in Economics and Social Studies from the University of Manchester.
Sandra is responsible for TRI-PRO’s operational system and concentrates on fund administration. |

| Kamal Iyaroo – Head of Corporate Services |
Kamal heads the Corporate Services department at Tri-Pro and has under his responsibility the overall corporate service of the portfolio of clients. He is also responsible for the compliance system of Tri-Pro. Kamal has considerable experience in the structuring and administration of investment vehicles, ranging from private companies to private equity funds and hedge funds.
Kamal joined the global business sector in 2005 and worked for one of the leading fund administrators in Mauritius from 2005 to 2009. In 2010, he joined TRI-PRO.
Kamal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with Law and a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Leicester. |

| Richard Guo – Business Development Manager |
Richard heads the business development of the Asian region particularly China market. He joined Tri-Pro in 2010 after working several years at a leading fund administration company in Mauritius and had under his responsibilities among others the administration of PE funds totaling USD 1bn.
Richard speaks fluently English, French and Mandarin and has been involved in brokering many deals including a commercial center, a factory and a processing facility within the Jinfei Economic Zone, two Real Estate Scheme (RES) projects and one 4 star hotel. He was involved in organizing several investment forums in Shanghai and Beijing to promote Mauritius real estate projects including RES and Integrated Resort Scheme (IRS) and also Mauritius as an investment platform to Africa.
Richard has an Associate’s Degree and a BA in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and is a member of the Chinese Business Chamber of Mauritius. |
